Powerful file manager that lets you compare two files, line by line, to see if there are any differences.

Visual Comparer for XP 1.60 is a powerful and very small file manager whose principle objective is the comparison between two files looking for anything that indicates that they are different or the opposite, that they are exactly the same (although they may have different names - this will help eliminate duplicate files).

Its way of checking and analysing is tremendously exhaustive, both of the source code and the line-by-line verification looking for differences. If it finds any it generates an HTML file showing those differences in each line, so the user can see them and decide if they are important.
